Bipartisan pair of senators reintroduce bill to expand fentanyl testing in hospitals

The bill from Sens. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., and Jim Banks, R-Ind., is called “Tyler’s Law,” named after a California teenager who died following a fentanyl overdose.
