Tillis calls for Powell investigation to be ‘taken down’ at hearing for next Fed chair

During a confirmation hearing, Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., said he could not support Kevin Warsh to serve as the next chairman of the Federal Reserve because of President Trump’s investigation into current Fed chair Jerome Powell.
