Sen. Bob Menendez faces new allegations of aiding Qatari government

A federal grand jury filed a second superseding indictment against Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J. The allegations say Menendez tried to help a developer land a multibillion-dollar investment tied to Qatar.
