The Trump administration has repealed the Obama-era EPA rule known as the “Endangerment Finding” that classified carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases as a threat to public health. The landmark rule established in 2009, underpinned emissions standards and rules for vehicles, power plants and oil industry facilities.
