President Donald Trump is kicking off a tour of western states and trying to change the political subject away from the Iran war and attempting to turn the spotlight on his economic policies. In Las Vegas, Trump highlighted falling gas prices with the national average down seven cents a gallon in the last week, but still nearly a dollar higher than this time last year.
