Voters in Virginia approved a Democrat-backed redistricting plan that could swing the balance of power in the House of Representatives and potentially give them up to four more seats. It comes after President Donald Trump last year called for Republicans to launch redistricting efforts in multiple states to help them in the midterm elections.
