A day after ending his campaign<\/a> for the White House and tepidly endorsing Donald Trump, Florida governor Ron DeSantis has pushed back against an effort to use his state\u2019s funds to pay off the former president\u2019s legal expenses.<\/p>\n DeSantis<\/a> promised to veto a bill from state senator Ileana Garcia, a Republican who sought to dedicate up to $5m from Florida\u2019s state budget to help Trump cover his legal costs.
