A Republican congresswoman from Texas<\/a> has not cast a vote in the US House since July while she has been living at a memory care facility \u2013 something she did not disclose to the public, according to a Dallas media outlet that figured out the reason for her prolonged absence.<\/p>\n Kay Granger<\/a>, 81, has represented Texas\u2019s 12th congressional district, which includes part of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, since 1997.
