A newly declassified US Senate report found that the CIA\u2019s handling of mysterious health incidents known as Havana syndrome has been flawed and marred by inconsistent medical care, delayed compensation and communication failures \u2013 all while foreign adversaries remain \u201cvery unlikely\u201d to be responsible.<\/p>\n
