Ron Wyden of Oregon, the second-most senior Democrat in the US Senate, has written a book. Not your average political memoir, it\u2019s called It Takes Chutzpah<\/a>: How to Fight Fearlessly for Progressive Change, and it does indeed look like a campaign handbook, a stylized megaphone blaring its title on the cover.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve read a lot of politicians\u2019 books,\u201d Wyden says. \u201cThey\u2019re just deadening because there\u2019s a lot of bragging.
