The order<\/a> promises that Trump\u2019s attorney general will seek capital punishment for \u201call crimes of a severity demanding its use\u201d, specifying that the US will seek the death penalty in every case involving murder of law enforcement and a capital crime committed by an undocumented person, \u201cregardless of other factors\u201d.
