Trump\u2019s new federal communications chair, Brendan Carr, is reported to have ordered an investigation into the sponsorship practices of taxpayer-supported NPR and PBS member stations \u2013 a media network long hated by conservatives who accuse it of a liberal slant.<\/p>\n
