Tennessee\u2019s women\u2019s basketball head coach Kim Caldwell didn\u2019t manage to beat South Carolina on 27 January (but truly: who can?). But she did manage to surprise a lot of people by choosing to return to the sidelines just a week after giving birth to her first child (and after having battled the flu<\/a> at the same time).<\/p>\n Caldwell, who is in her first year of coaching the Lady Vols, told reporters she would be back for the game in a press conference<\/a> the day before.
