Absolutely nothing about Trump\u2019s latest phone call with Vladimir Putin<\/a> on Tuesday has changed that.<\/p>\n Europe\u2019s scramble to respond to Trump\u2019s return to power was driven initially by the urgency of maintaining support for Ukraine<\/a>.
