Since his first day in office, Donald Trump<\/a> has zeroed in on so-called \u201csanctuary cities\u201d, pledging to withhold federal funding and ensure they are eliminated as part of his administration\u2019s massive crackdown on immigrants<\/a>.<\/p>\n On Monday, he took yet another swing, directing his administration to publish a list of state and local jurisdictions that \u201cobstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws\u201d.
