Hewlett-Packard lost more than $4bn (\u00a33.2bn) over its acquisition of British software firm Autonomy because of an elaborate fraud masterminded by its co-founder Mike Lynch to inflate the company\u2019s value, HP\u2019s lawyers told a London court on Monday.<\/p>\n
HP is seeking to recoup losses in a lawsuit brought against Lynch, once hailed as Britain\u2019s answer to Bill Gates, and Autonomy\u2019s former chief financial officer, Sushovan Hussain.<\/p>\n
