A sheriff\u2019s office in Maryland has alleged a professional cornhole player, who is also a quadruple amputee, fatally shot a passenger in a car he was driving during an argument.<\/p>\n
Dayton James Webber, 27, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice by police in Albemarle county, Virginia, the Charles county sheriff\u2019s office said in a statement.<\/p>\n
