It <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/sport\/2026\/mar\/18\/wnba-cba-explained-salaries-revenue-player-pay-deal\">represents a landmark labor deal<\/a> for the WNBA and its players. Under the terms of the new deal, the minimum salary for the league will be $270,000 \u2013 last season the maximum salary was about $250,000. There will be hefty rewards for the best players, with the supermax salary coming in at $1.4m.
