The first thing you notice when you walk into Scisters<\/a> Salon & Apothecary is what isn\u2019t<\/em> there. No wall of glossy plastic bottles promising \u201crepair\u201d or \u201cshine\u201d. No sharp chemical tang or aerosol haze.
