When Michelin announced that it was expanding its world-renowned restaurant guide into the Great Lakes region of the United States, including Minneapolis<\/a>, one prominent city was left off<\/a> the map \u2013 Saint Paul, <\/strong>the state capital.<\/p>\n Despite being just 11 miles apart, the second half of Minnesota\u2019s \u201cTwin Cities\u201d was absent from the highly anticipated announcement.
