A federal judge ruled on Thursday that the terminations of hundreds of humanities grants last year by the Trump administration<\/a>\u2019s so-called \u201cdepartment of government efficiency\u201d (Doge) were unconstitutional and involved \u201cblatant\u201d discrimination.
