An Ethiopian migrant allegedly murdered three employees at his St. Paul apartment building after becoming enraged over a $65 parking deck contract, days after Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz<\/a> was rebuked for defending the pardon of an illegal immigrant sex offender.<\/p>\n

Police recovered nearly three dozen 9mm shell casings from the management office after Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, 30, allegedly went on a rampage over apartment parking contract policies. Authorities said he later complained about the U.S. immigration system.<\/p>\n

Binessu, who the local FOX affiliate<\/a> said had been employed as a truck driver until recently, became angry after trying to cancel his parking contract shortly after renewing it because he was considering joining the U.S. Navy.<\/p>\n

Adam “AJ” Wilwerding, 43, Nansi Fuentes Zambrano, 25, and Dena Silcox, 56, were found dead Monday<\/a> after Binessu allegedly told an employee who answered the phone that he was coming to the office, according to the New York Post.<\/p>\n

Wilwerding and Silcox were shot six times each, while Zambrano was reportedly shot as she tried to escape through a back-office window.<\/p>\n

Binessu allegedly confessed during a phone call with his longtime roommate, who said the migrant had “argued with apartment management and ended up killing three people,” according to the local FOX affiliate.<\/p>\n

Binessu was eventually arrested in Virginia, Minnesota<\/a>, several hundred miles north of St. Paul near International Falls and the Canadian border.<\/p>\n

He was detained while driving one of the victims’ cars and reportedly complained to investigators about the American political system and his inability to bring his wife and children from Ethiopia to the United States, which the local FOX affiliate said contributed to his divorce.<\/p>\n

Binessu also reportedly complained he was being treated differently because of his race and immigration status.<\/p>\n

Fox News Radio host Guy Benson noted how Binessu had believed he was unfairly treated because “he is Black and an immigrant.”<\/p>\n

“So, he allegedly shot three women to death,” Benson said. “Will Gov. Walz warn us not to judge this man over his \u2018worst day,\u2019 or whatever his recent excuse was for pardoning & defending that child sexual abuser?”<\/p>\n
