US supreme court justice Ketanji Brown Jackson acknowledged serious concerns about her colleagues\u2019 handling of emergency requests, the method Donald Trump often uses to seek approval from the court.<\/p>\n
Jackson, one of the three liberal members of the supreme court, criticized the justices\u2019 willingness to issue rulings via the \u201cshadow docket\u201d, saying it undermines the public\u2019s faith in the judicial system.<\/p>\n
